As previously advised, the pain could be as a result of so many different things. No one on here can tell you what has caused it. You need to see your doctor about any new pain.
See your GP for diagnosis as soon as you can .x
It needs checking ASAp to rule out many things.
To be sure first get it checked out by your GP because as others have stated there are a number of causes.
