Handsome foxy, looks to be in very good condition too. I had one visiting my garden in 2015, she was very thin and scraggy looking and there was a fair sized gash at the top of one leg. Wasn't sure if I should ring the rspca but I put some cat food out for her instead. After eating it and cleaning herself she spent the entire afternoon sleeping in my small shrubbery. She stuck to this routine for almost three weeks, I continued putting food out for her and by the time she finally left she was much perkier, less sleepy and she wasn't limping anymore. Have had further visits on and off but not sure if it's the same fox, there's quite a few in the area.

Awww that was good of you to do that magpuss nurtured it back to health. You must have missed it when she left .

We do see a fair old few wandering around here I think this is from a family that was living on one the gravel roads close to home that recognised bin day lol xxx

Yes, I did - i always feel it's a privilege to be trusted by wild animals and birds so to 'be allowed' to go within a couple of yards of her with the cat food made my day. Even the cat seemed to know she was no threat, she was quite content to settle in her favourite spot in the same small shrubbery. They were both clearly aware of each other but 'not bothered'. Normally my cat gets very twitchy if there's been a fox or badger in the garden so it was especially nice to see her sharing 'her space'.

Hi Angie another beautifull picture... I'm wonder where you live to be fortunate enough to see such wonderfull glimpses of wildlife....... I would have thought you would have to sit for hours patiently waiting to get such pictures .... wish I was lucky enough to see such scenes never mind able to take a picture

Brilliant, look forward to seeing more.
