I have not come across a website in the states. I live in Iowa, but there are a lot of americans on this forum.
I have found it very interesting how our condition is being treated not only in the states, but in the UK, New Zealand, Australia, etc. There are members on this forum from all over the world. A lot of differences on treatments from each country.
