I don't have NSIP but a condition that is a bit similar: Obliterative Bronchiolitis. OB is a fibrotic disease of the small airways, the fibrosis (scarring) is round the small airways and gradually strangles them. I would be interested in hearing a little more about your experience, symptoms and history if you felt comfortable telling me. NSIP is a rare disease, but I have seen mention of it before on here. So someone may well pop up with moe specific help for you.

Hiya, I have fibrotic nsip respiratory broncal??? ILD, pernicious anemia, asthma and thyroid problems. i was diagnosed 3yrs ago through vats biopsy (lung surgery) had symptoms of coughing and breathlessness. In the past year things have got worse very breathless especially on exertion my o2 and pulse rate keep dipping to lowest of 83/91. Its a frustrating, rare disease that's proggresive and none treatable. Feel free to ask me if have a question.
