Emphysema sufferer

I suffer from emphysema and am on ambulatory oxygen at home.

I am hoping to go on a Mediterranean cruise this year but need to find reasonably priced travel insurance and a company renting portable oxygen concentrators

I don't know where you are located but in Canada we use medigas they have portables
