Copd

Left upper back lung area pain. Seems to radiate from front left side chest under armpit and through to back. Can it be my copd

I don't know what it is but if it doesn't go off maybe you should get it checked out at A&E.

It could be anything like really bad trapped wind, (I get bad pains in my left chest and front through to my back. ) A pulled chest muscle, that one hurts, to something that needs investigating at the hospital. Just don't try ride it out, if it gets worse or doesn't go away. It's better to be on the safe side. xx

Hi. Thanks. I want to go this morning and he said it's pleurisy. Have to take erythromycin. Thanks for all the comments and advice.

Hi. I would definitely get this checked out. It could be a number of things but you need a doctor to tell you which one. All the best.

Could be coughing - strains muscles you don't normally use.

Thanks for all of the advice. I really appreciate it. I went to see my GP this morning as i felt worse. More mucusy and a bit breathless. He listened to my chest and lungs and said its pleurisy. Am now taking erythromycin 4 times a day. Fingers crossed. Thanks again everyone.
