On the other hand ,today I received these photos of my daughter,son-in-law and grandaughter ,they certainly gave my day a lift ,seeing them having a fabulous holiday In Miami,,,,I miss them so much ,thank goodness for my FaceTime chats each afternoon ,,, and can't wait for my cuddles next week ,they are my life ,

Hi ,they go for 18 days in the summer holidays ,,,,,the face time chats are more my daughter and Lois than son in law ,he's usually on a run or checking emails etc when they face time me ,,,,,,face time ? It's the same as Skype ,,,,,where we talk, and I can see them they can see me Lois shows me all around the villa and when she's in the pool the iPad is just left on and I can see them .its almost as if I was there ,bet you've seen it on to etc , it's better than a phone call and it's free, win win ,

FaceTime is great! I use it a lot to chat to my girls. You can see who you're talking to & they can show you what they're doing etc. Come on Malcolm! Try it, it's fun! 😂

Hi Jennifer ,thankyou ,im sure they will ,the helicopter ride over Miami was a surprise for my girls ,son in law arranged it for them ,can't wait to see them and yes get my hugs ,,,, and my present haha,,,,and of course hubby's fridge magnet haha ,Lois buys him one where ever she goes ,,,I used to hate seeing other peoples fridges covered in them ,( I was a clean freak) clean lines etc ,but now they are handy for my postit notes ,,,,ie; doctors 2pm Friday, ,hospital lungs Monday 11 am ,etc etc ,,,,,haha funny isn't it ,,,,when it's Lois ,,,,,anything goes ,haha ,xx

How I understand only too well Georgina.....Before my Grandson was born I was like you regarding clean surfaces in the kitchen, then we got him some magnetic letters and I think Alex and I had more naughty fun with them than Joe! Strange how you change into a wonderful bounteous you can have the world Granny when a grandchild is born. We discover a new level don't we Now my fridge is bare apart from a conversion calculator which I can't read without my specs

lol . when we had our stag and hen night we all went together a big group of us then when we got to town the men and women split up and met up later my sister and sister in law are over 10 years older than me they went my brother and brother in law wouldn't go as we was going to clubs , so as sister and sister in law went out the door my brother churp up with they see you two in a club they will think its grab a granny night .
