Lost for words..

Last night was the first night I went to bed with a smile on my face!.. first time in a very long time.. I cannot thank you all for your words of support and your guidance. I have taken notes .. A lot of notes..And have booked an appointment for the COPD clinic this week.

Thank you each and everyone on you who took the time to read and write back to me..

from your first line I was wondering what you was going to say , thought it might make me blush , but im glad you are finding it helpful here and that its helped to cheer you up one way or the other we are all in the same boat and understand what its like and what some one is going through , take care

Yes Candy, this is a lovely group isn't it. I've been a member for a while now but don't often contribute - always a bit worried that I haven't got anything much to say! - but when I was at rock bottom last week, the support was wonderful 😊. So pleased you are now feeling more positive and I shall keep a look out for more good news from you. Jan xx

I been to Pulmonary Rehab. It was so helpful. In fact am going back again as I was in hospital recently.
