You apparently only joined the sie a week ago, so perhaps you should be forgiven for your crass comment. This site is supportive and I believe your comment wasn't in that spirit. You may like to give more thought to your comments before posting in future. You haven't given any info on your profile, so can't tell if we should be more understanding.

Crass? Why crass? Just felt it would be nice to be supportive rather than sarcastic. I have already introduced myself with a post about me. Why are some people so unfriendly to new members. Robin

Robin...I agree with you totally. ..I to am a new member. ..and was a bit taken back with what was a mean sarcastic remark...don't know what was the reason for it...only know that this is not the place to put people down...
We come on to this forum for help and support.
All the people I have been in contact with have been wonderful.

Robinelll, I am reasonably sure that Granny49's comments were actually meant in response to annunaki's reply and not directed at you. I must admit that the recent trend of giving new members a bit of a rough ride is inexcusable. The fact that there has been allegedly one person who has persistently hassled other members is no justification for tarring people who may have joined recently with the same brush. As one of the longer time members here, I am heartily sick of it. From my point of view, you are most welcome here.

Totally agree with nanny 49 I also thought that they were not intended for you. I also have only been a member for about 8 months. I like to read nearly all the posts, and just comment on a few. Welcome to the BLF forum, I have learnt a lot over the past few months.

Thank you SO much for clearing that up nanny49 it means a lot. Apolo gies for not understanding but getting the notification made it confusing. And 1 or 2 people had already had a bit of a go at me, as a new member, for no particular reason. Im very pleased to meet you! robin
Hi annunaki....If for some reason I read your post totally wrong then you have my deepest apologies...and all I can say in my defence is that we all get things wrong at times. Specially when we are going through the worst time in our lives.
