I've been having loads of problems the last few days whereas when I try to open and look further at a posting, it keeps taking me to a posting that I looked at days ago. This morning I almost gave up until I saw your message, and it's let me look at it and respond. June

If using Chrome...go to customise ( top right hand corner) Passwords and forms section ( click the advanced settings link ) and there is a check box to offer to save web passwords there... Think FF has similar but cannot give definite answers as do not use it...hope it helps.

I think it is something to do with the search engine or your machine. My laptop would remember my password (its now waiting to be fixed) but my I -pad doesn't. I want my laptop back !

I never have to log on. You shouldn't have to. You should ask Stone about it.

Sometimes when I hit reply to a message it won't work. 3×s today I just said forget it!

Hi

Trying clearing your cache.

Which ever browser you are using go to settings.

Look for clear cache, clear history.

Remove all reference to HU, and start from fresh.

Clearing the cache may also affect any other saved password, which will have to be re- entered.

Hi Victoria, usually get straight through on my tablet but always have to sign in on PC. Very variable. Love Margaret x

Most times I can automatically get in but 1/2 times in 10 I have to log in. It's extremely annoying isn't it? x

Hi Victoriablue, it is to do with the settings on your computer or search engine.I can keep mine open all the time on one but have to sign in on others. It all goes if your computer crashes too. I can't remember what you tick for certain but I think it is the one that says keep me signed in, similar to on facebook.
