I have moderate emphysema ,fev 52%. A recent CT scan showed a 2" bullea (air pocket ) in the middle of my right lung.is flying going to be a problem due to changes in air pressure?

Hi I have an 11 cm Bulla and was told by my consultant and g.p. That is was ok to fly, but like you I read that the cabin pressure increases the lung size by up to 40 per cent so like you I'm a little confused, check with blf to be sure..
