Hi iv just got over a cold and chest infection and have just found out tho not bad yet emphysema my pantners geting a cold how can i stop my self not geting it as just got over my own one dont want it agane????

When my husband has the start of a cold, I cook plenty of onions. Also try to get him to eat onions on is sandwich. IT helps him and me. I think it's the ensins (sorry can't spell ) that do it. Also my daughter drinks plenty of orange juice, to build up vit. C . She works in an office with loads of people. It does seem to work. Me myself just carry on as usual.

Thanks told her cant get her crap hers go away and id be the ill one for ages snizzing every wear filling the room with her cold germ
