Any news yet on the BLF exercise DVD and when it will become available.

Hello! thank you for your inquiry! The DVD has just finished filming but will be in production for at least 2-3 months, we will need to make sure that both patients and leading health care professionals approve all the sections. Hopefully we will be able to distribute it on or before the new year but in the mean time the BLF exercise handbook is a useful guide to exercises you can do at home or ask your BLF active instructor to show you some home based exercises. Its so important to keep up your fitness and stay active to stay well.
