Don't forget our meeting today at 1.30 p.m in Southgate Community Centre. We have a speaker from Suffolk Family Carers and Julie Hodder from BLF. Should be a good meeting, see you there. Take care. Lizzy.

The meeting was good although numbers were down due, mainly, to illness. We had a very interesting presentation from the BLF about being a carer and the help that is available and then we had a talk by Suffolk Family Carers, drew the raffle, gave out the notices, drank tea and home. Take care. Lizzy.
