Hi,toci thanks for that , just read it, it is very useful. Take care
Hi I get it too, especially when on the steroids. Hope its not too bad for you.
Tedthebear, no it,s not that bad , just a bit scary . It passed in 5 minutes, I,m on steroid inhaler , will that start it off. Take care
Yes the steroid inhaler sometimes affects my anxiety levels. Its odd because there is no real pattern to it, it just comes out of the blue.
I,know what you mean , when you say out of the blue for me , I can almost control the breathing o.k, but no way , when panic sets in at same time.. You, take care
We don't know what happens when we are just quiet, but I guess, as our functions slow down, there are changes. For instance, I started to cough a moment ago, very violently. I noticed my throat was very dry, so I drank to keep it moist.
Other changes occur too. Really, we should stop what we are doing when sitting down, get up, Do some deep breathing and some arms movements.
something just dropped in the kitchen! I told you some changes occur! Hope you learn to cope this.
