I take Quinine nightly and have done so for two years. Toe cramps would cause some of my toes to stick up to almost vertical and would last for an hour or more with severe, very severe pain. No sign of cramps since. Do try some. Good luck.

A hot water bottle has all but obliterated my feet and toe cramps. A very simple solution.
