On 02 - 24/7, have problem with small nose bleeds. Use Neospron also have a water bottle on machine. what else can I do?

I used only distilled water and rinse bottles once a week. Will look into other for night. thanks for the info.

I am also on o2 24/7 and have small nosebleeds almost daily. I try to keep the nostrils moist with a nasal gel (UK) - best I can do.

Can I just chuck a useless piece of information into the mix here. Should your nose bleeds become severe, sucking on a small piece of ice or an ice pole (even ice cream) helps enormously. The cold, when pressed to the roof of the mouth, constricts the blood vessels and it stops the bleeds PDQ. My daughter used to suffered terribly because of her PAR. Just a little tip:~)
