Hi Tony m8, I'm having a great spell just now and there's no holding me back been shopping with Fran that's all the exercising i need for now, later i will go in the gym later on the treadmill then the stepwalker for 30 mins each, It's to wet and windy up here today.Hope you and Sharon are well,MC
Good to here your having a good run MC, and at least that shopping torture is behind you now eh'.
It sounds as though your doing well at the gym too if you can do an hour of treadmill and stepwalker, I managed 30 mins on my treadmill at 2.5 mph on 4 liters of oxy. I struggled for the first 5 mins and then settled into my rhythm. Its a good feeling when you've got your daily exercise behind you ain't it.
Sharon's out with some friends this afternoon but she'll be back to watch the rugby and those muscly body's. :). Are Scotland playing Ireland tomorrow?
Were still in it MC but we don't look good do we. Anyway as they say its a game of two halves and with a shed load of luck who knows eh'. Maybe were just warming up or am I just the eternal optimist.
I don't know MC, any excuse to crack open a Guinness Ha Ha. Leeds utd had a good win today so that eased the pain a little. 5-1 and a McCormack Hat trick, he sounds a little Scottish don't he. :). Hereford didn't play today.
Hi pergola, can't beat watching England can you. I hope we can go 1 more step than last year. I still enjoy watching my local football side Hereford utd but their not playing untill Monday night which is unusual. Its possible their on TV that night.
At least you mere females have won the ashes in Australia and the ladies are doing well in quite a few sports these day's which is good for all of us.
I cant help thinking of my son Tony. He lives in France, he'll be in a French pub, the only Brit amongst 30-50 Froggies. The entrance/exit to/from the pub is up/down snowy/icy iron stairway. For his safety I almost hope the French win because they really love their rugby & take it very seriously indeed.
xxxx
lucky for me though the sun has been shining here SW London since I woke up this morning ..... and BTW very pleased to hear you're still keeping well !
You should be alright peeg, there's very little trouble amongst rugby fans. The sun was shinning here this morning too but its since turned very wet and windy outside my window and that's where its gonna stay.
HiDall05.I feel a bit outnumbered on this site today as live over the border from Hereford in the land of rugby geniuses like Gareth Edwards ,Barry John.etc.2 six nations on the bounce ain't too shabby.Bengunn.
