I'm all topsy tervy

I tried to put a face to my name yesterday and as you will see it's sideways. Try as I can I've been unable to change it or remove it. Any help out there please? June

Hi June, The easy way is to go back to your profile photo page click on edit click on where the photo was it will take you to the programme where your photo was and right click on it and it should ask you to turn clockwise or anti you want anti. hope this helps. Matt

Me too dazisnotgood, however, it's not doing my vertigo any good. Had some advice from mattcass although not got anywhere yet; now I don't know whether I'm on my head or my heels ha ha

Good Morning and Welcome Ostiad

On the green band across the top of the page, click on the word Help, then look under My Account,

about the 3rd item down is 'Upload a profile picture' click on that for the 'how to'

If things are still not working, send an email to Health Unlocked, the email link under Contact Us heading on the right hand side of the help page.

Hope that helps resolve things.

Not so Topsy Tervy now - many thanks to mattcass for your help, BlakeyC for directing me to the help section, which, showed me a video (how to do) and to dazisnotsogood for making me smile and also to Stitch who replied to me too. There is one thing for sure it kept me busy all morning (whilst resting from cleaning) June x

believe it or not mattcass we have already have an I.T. Geek in the house, however, I dare not ask him for guidance as he already thinks me untrainable. We know that's not true, because I did manage to turn the photo around with a bit of on-line tuition!

Thank you Lurcherman for the complement, my family think I look a bit smug. The pic was sideways, however, with some on-line tuition yesterday and as mattcass versed 'I got by with a little help from my friends'. x June
