No mail from Health Unlocked for 3 days. Is it my computer, the site or Yahoo? Not a techie I'm afraid! Any answers or even guesses??

Don't have any idea what's happened to email alerts, but your right they have been missing for several days, maybe they are changing the site again and we just are not aware of it, infact the site seems quiet this weekend maybe some of the members are Christmas shopping, I was at a party yesterday myself, then more shopping tomorrow.

The site has a glitch every so often.

S'no problem, just go in via an old email, hit posts and you'll get to the latest posts then do same with questions

It must be some sort of glitch, I have not had email notices for the past few days now.

I haven't had any email problems since the change over. I use Firefox 25.0.1 which is the latest update I think.

I try to contact healthunlocked staff, I scored high and low to find how to do this. It's not in about us, is not in help (help is actually useless at this). They say check if... I've done that. Then they say, contact us. I cannot find how to. I'd like to spend reading emails rather than try to find how alternatives that don't work. GRR!

I'm getting all the responses to my question but as you say there have not been any new questions or posts to read.

Do you remember the tale about the people who lived in the dandelion clock who had to all shout at once 'We are here! We are here!' to get attention from the outside world. How do we go about that? Not on the internet methinks!

Hi helingmic, to contact the HU people, if you go to your own activity page (click on your avatar pic) there should be messages (to all of us) from the mods. Click on one of their avatar pics and you can then pm them. I did this successfully re the problems with activity page not being up to date (they are trying to correct this). The guy who replied goes by the interesting name of Amadeo D'amore, think that's right. Im not sure if he is a HU mod, or BLF one
