I have requested several information booklets top be sent to me via blog and so far, I haven't received anything! Where else can I go

Yes they were requested through the actual site. It gives you a list to tick the ones you want, asks four your address and then you submit. Twice I have done this but still haven't received anything. All I want is information so that I can
Understand more and be more conscious of what I can do to help keep me feeling well and take responsibility for my self. Even the doctors don't have any in depth advice other than stop smoking. I am sure that there is plenty of other things I could do, take etc. I am only at mild stage. It makes sense for me to learn as much as I can so that I would can keep it there for as long as possible.
Oh, I ordered some yesterday! I won't hold my breath waiting for them. Sorry, no pun intended.
