Has anyone heard anything from drd4 in Connecticut - doesn't seem to have been anything for past 16 days .

Thanks for the concern. I was hospitalized a day after I posted a question here. Luckily, I was only in for 24 hours. Been hospitalized 4 times in the last 5 months.
Most everyone here is so cheerful, I feel badly if I don't have
anything pleasant to post. I do read it everyday and learned about Prednisone and its affect on cataracts here.
Glad to hear you are ok although sorry to hear that you have been in hospital . Cold in CT just now we hear - Skyped the family on Sunday _ they are in CT too in Clinton . We are looking forward to visiting for Christmas , though Mike ( husband ) not too well this week .Hope it's just a blip .We were booked to visit last Christmas , but because he had 48hours in hospital & had his medication changed the Travel Insurance withdrew cover . We were all so disappointed , particularly our Grandchildren . Anyway ,keep well & warm .

Are you planning to visit the two casinos which are about a half hour away from Clinton? Sadly, my traveling days are over. My brother-in-law just got back from his semi-annual trip to London. Not the only Anglophile in the family.
Well there's a surprise -didn't know about the Casinos . Family kept that quiet !!! Perhaps they think we'll blow their inheritance !!! Hope you not feeling too bad today .Mike improving as the week goes on so hopefully everything will be ok .Antibiotics & slightly higher dose of Prednisolone seem to have done the trick . Look after yourself & have a good day .
