Dymista

Hi! I’ve been using Dymista spray for years, but it doesn’t seem to work as well anymore. My ENT doctor prescribed an increased dose: 2 sprays per nostril in the morning and evening. Has anyone had experience with this higher dosage?

I periodically have to change nasal sprays from ( active ingredient) fluticasone to beclometasone, and have been given different brands with additional ingredients whn needed.let us know how u get on with higher dose.i also use sterimar( sea salt) spray to wash nose+ sinuses out whn bad
