I’ve looked up spacers, I use a small aero chamber myself, they appear to b standard. Sorry not to have been of more help. Hopefully another forum member ca be of more assistance. BERNARDINE

Fobumix is a dry powder inhaler so you don't use a spacer with it. It can sometimes be a bit tricky to get a strong enough inhalation with it. If you find that it doesn't suit then I would go back to your asthma nurse

I use Fobumix. Like Melanie says it’s a dry powder inhaler so you can’t use a spacer. You have to get the technique right when inhaling or else the powder will just sit on your throat hence probably why you got a sore throat. There are videos on Asthma + lung site and also on youtube on how to use dry powder inhalers, failing that ask the pharmacist to help show you how to use it correctly which the person prescribing it should have done really 🤔(not these days). Also rinse your mouth out and gargle with water thoroughly after use.

Good luck!
