I thought I would share this photo to show that having server Asthma doesn’t mean you can’t do the things you love. But Maybe not every day

It's good to be reminded of that, and great to see that you were able to enjoy the snow in some beautiful surroundings.

Well done Mike Maxi. Good to see you are well wrapped up. Sadly I have a viral infection and the cold hitting my chest is making me cough like I have never done before. I shall be glad to get out and have some fresh air. Hope your day goes well. Brian

I have a goal to reach and getitngback to sking. fantastic! I go for a chill swim twice a week, something I never thought I’d be able to do. The lido is heated to 15C and I wear full neoprene but nonetheless I never thought I’d succeed! I swim for about 20 minutes then out, warm shower, dry and on with the heated gilet which is worth its weight in gold. The water vapour rising from the water seems to benefit me and my extremities and torso are kept warm by my wetsuit etc. 😃
