Hi what is the highest dose you csn take of this. I’m currently taken 180mg and have also tried desloratine 5mg bu not really helping any advice on how to deal with allergic rhinitis as I’m waiting to get tests done to confirm results but ent told me he was sure I had it. Also had ct scan of sinusitis which came back that my nose and under eyes were inflamed congested but no other areas.

I have been told by GP that it is safe to double up for a short time.

Hi , I've doubled up in the past and added in other antihistamines but best checking with the doctor first. I also take Avamys spray too which has really helped.

I can take upto 360mg per day. This was after seeing the consultant though. I decide each day how much to take and take it over 2 doses, morning and night time. It helps me a lot as I can change the dose depending on the pollen count. I use the 30mg tablets so it's a lit easier to increase and far easier to swallow.
