My husband uses Fostair, doesn’t have an Apple Watch but has been having palpitations on and off lately. He’s been the GP, but they didn’t seem too worried. He is monitoring it himself for now as we have a blood pressure monitor at home which helps check his pulse etc. If he doesn’t take the prescribed dose of Fostair his asthma gets bad. Because of the palpitations recently he cut back and now his asthma is worse. It will be interesting to see if others here have similar effects as you describe.

Hi, I am not on Fostair but Relvar and some years ago I had to attend a cardiologist due to intermittent rapid palpitations with an episode of near fainting. My ECG showed an abnormality and I had a subsequent echo stress test and cardiac MRI. The results were 'reassuring' and I was told it was syncope and to cut down on caffeine and increase hydration. I persobally suspect it was the Relvar.

However if you have even 1 alert of Afib you need to get checked out ASAP.. its a dangerous condition left untreated so do not ignore it whatever you do. It may be that investigations come back normal but you can't sit there wondering either.
