Just wanted to know how often people adjust their personal best peak flow? Mine is currently set at 500 but I've been done at 85% of that for at least a month now. Just want to get an idea of everybody else's timings.

I would have thought if your asthma is well controlled there would be a gentle decline with age assuming you remain reasonably fit, my peak flow has dropped because my fitness has dropped rather than because my asthma is out of control
