Exercise / running/ attack

1st attack of the year. Ran 2 miles and couldn’t breathe. Just Had 6 puffs of my blue inhaler and am back Home now. I had 2 puffs before I went on the run as recommended by nurse. I guess thats running out the window for the foreseeable. I did the marathon in October without a wheeze in the world, and was running 20/25 miles a week for the past 18 months. It’s incredible how things can change so quickly.

I am sorry to hear! Could it be the lower temperatures that causes this? If so you may well be fine once it warms up.
