What is it you're finding difficult, using it or the fact it's pure wool and it's a trigger for you?

I crochet quite prolifically (specialist ANs actually told me it counts as exercise as I can't do a lot 😅). Am ok doing that unless in a flare or immediately afterwards and in fact it helps me because it keeps me sitting much of the time. While moving around is good in one sense, I need to pace myself.

Not sure what to suggest if actually crocheting or knitting is too much... although I find doing different things that I don't often do makes me feel tight but probably muscular as using different muscles and if I persevered would ease off.

Hi, I cannot use chenille wool or mohair for obvious reasons but I was once told that if you keep your wool in the fridge ( sounds silly ) it helps reduce the bits flying around. I have never tried it as I just do not use that type of wool anymore. Might be worth a try though. Sharon
