Back to work

I am due to return to work full time in a high school starting on Tuesday, I work for an agency so will be my first day in a new school also. I am very worried about going back work as I have been shielding for months. I have been to the supermarket and went to the hairdressers today. So I have been out but don't feel ready to go back to work yet especially full time. I am also the school nurse so will be constantly around ill children

There's a free government scheme to help employees with occupational health advice and services. Please call them - they are very helpful. gov.uk/access-to-work

Can you chat with your medical team for advice? Best of luck
