Keeping your lungs healthy whilst shielding!

Hi All, just thought I’d share with you my experience with this breathing trainer. I’ve been shielding and I’m sure like some of you I’ve felt a negative impact on my asthma as I’ve been unable to get out and walk and with the pollen levels being super high!

I know we’re allowed out for a daily walk now but I’m still being super cautious and only going out for a very short walk..and half of that time is spent crossing the roads to avoid people🙈

This breather has been great on days I haven’t gone out. It’s got different resistance settings that help you breath harder and build up strength in your lungs. Feels like the next best thing to walking when not possible. Just thought I’d share how good it’s been for me.

Awesome. Ive been using the Bas Rutten 02 trainer and I have found it to be phenomenal too.

Expensive piece of kit 😬
