I’m high risk and I am still going in the garden. However, I do not live on a busy street. The only people who need to walk past my garden are one set of neighbours and they are also high risk.
I am more isolated in the garden than in the house!
I received my letter yesterday and it says "Try spending time with the windows open to let in fresh air, arranging space to sit and see a nice view (if possible) and get some natural sunlight. Get it into the garden or sit on your doorstep if you can, keeping a distance of at least 2 meters apart from others. "
So yes, you can go in your garden. Hope this helps x
Thanks cindyID I feel better i can at least do that my hubby has still got to go out to get shopping and stuff plus i still have 2 little ones at home x
That's good to know. I am the only adult in my house so if the bins go out, I have to take them! I am staying home otherwise. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac so I was letting my kids out front but now I am not so sure so they stayed in the back garden today. It's hard for them. x
You're allowed to spend time in your garden or other outdoor private space
We need to take every day as it comes. Nobody can assess your situation better than yourself. I can only state my own experience, I have been given Foster200/6 and Montelukast for eight weeks, thereafter the plan is to taper it to 100/6 and withdraw Montelukast if I remain symptom free, I use my lawn everyday.
It may be a good idea to to do earthing and refresh yourself through bright sunshine. See if it suits you. Repeat it next day if all goes well.
