Self isolating in a shared household after holiday abroad

I will be returning from abroad next week fingers crossed plane will still be running. I suffer from mild seasonal asthma only in winter. I have been taking fostair 100/6 twice a day for past 6 weeks and seem to be working. Asthma better in hot weather. My question is I am ok but will be returning home and my parents are over 70 but in good health. Any advice how to self isolate or quarantine in a shared household? I can work from home. I am coming from North America. Thanks
