Anyone been diagnosed with asthma that's been under the NICE guideline thresholds?

I'm curious to know if anyone has been diagnosed with asthma that hasn't quite hit the NICE guidelines thresholds?

They are currently

Fev1/fvc ratio <0.7 (<70%)

Reversibility of 12% or more and 200ml

Peak flow variability 20%

Feno 40ppb

I'm currently under investigation and I'm

Fev1/Feb 0.68

Reversibility 9% and 400ml

Peak flow 8%

No feno yet

As you can see, quite close (apart from peak)
