Metatone warning

Just a brief warning for people as this came as a pretty scary shock to me.

I haven't had a bad asthma attack since I was a child and in the last couple of months I have had to be admitted to hospital. I look after my health, exercise daily, eat well and had no idea why this was happening.

Most recently while in Germany, I got fairly ill and was taking any extra vitamins I could. I was specifically taking the maximum dosage of METATONE to help my immune system recover. My chest was getting progressively tighter and I was feeling more and more ill.

It turns out METATONE has a high level of E123 in it which it doesn't actively advertise and it turns out that this was not only giving me massive digestive issues, it was severely affecting my asthma. I used to take it every other day as I thought it was a good dose of consistent vitamins.

If you take it with asthma please be vigilant. The few days after I stopped it there was a significant improvement in my breathing and well being. This E number along with others like Tartrazine are super dangerous.

Just in case anyone else has had similar issues.
