Raw honey for hay-fever

Evening, I don't have asthma but have suffered all my life with hay-fever the only thing I have found that works for me is raw honey a table spoon every day.

Its great that works for you, that would be the placebo effect. There is a proven treatment for hayfever, sublingual immunotherapy. There are several brands for the more common pollens.

As a beekeeper I don't understand what you mean by 'raw' honey? Best to find a beekeeper as near as possible to where you live and buy his/her honey.

I have my honey in hot milk each evening, my friend has his honey in his coffe each morning, others have it in their porridge.
