I use a Microlife peak flow meter.

Perhaps a bit expensive but works well and connects to PC.

I use one & it seems broadly accurate. You have to record readings manually if you want to keep track (on the one I have) but there’s plenty of smartphone apps around for that.

I use one--Aria--but I find that, since it only measures FEV1, it's not that different than a regular plastic peak flow meter.

Does anyone reading this have an electronic one that measures small airways like a spirometry test does?

I have used a few types of electronic peak flows and i was not happy with any. i just stick to the one u get from the gp.
