Middle back tightness, and a myriad of other fun.

Hiya, hope everyone is keeping well!

For a week now I have had breathlessness beyond normal for me, a lack of appetite, feeling sick some days and intercostal pain but the other thing I’ve found which goes in waves is back aching/tightness at the top in the middle of my shoulders, it’s been quite bad in the evenings to the point where I can’t find any position comfortable to sit in.

Any ideas what this may be? Today too I got the shakes in my hands which was another fun symptom but that seems to have disappeared now!

I am thinking of taking tomorrow off work as I may just need a rest from a few stressful weeks but would appreciate any thoughts you may have!

I get the back tightness when my asthmas worse, sometimes due to my posture too though. Have you been to the doctor?
