cant cope with the warm weather, making asthma and anxiety worse

So i suffer bad anxiety and particularly health anxiety, this and the asthma started around the same time 10 years ago. Now i am about 3/4 stone heavier than i have ever been and have acid reflux also. This warm humid weather is playing havoc with me

Anyone have any tips or coping methods

If you have acid reflux ask your GP about omeprazole. If you've put on weight, you can still diet - never an easy thing, but it can be done. Mostly, though, see your GP about getting help for your anxiety - until you get that under control things will never feel right.
