I don’t get this but could you be allergic to something you’re eating? Gluten can cause symptoms like that.

Bloating can be caused by many foods, search for FODMAP this is probably the best "diet" if you want to tackle the bloating. As Beefull says gluten can be a cause, you can be sensitive, intolerant and celiac. Ultimately it could be any food but some are much more likely to cause bloating than others.

Bloating can cause reflux and reflux has a big connection to asthma so this could be the cause or making your asthma worse.

thankyou for the help I have been tested for celiac before and it was negative but I only bloat with heavy startchy or carbs and that then sets my asthma off, as then the reflux starts, that makes sence! thankyou

I do find eating an effort sometimes. The bloating might be acid reflux, which does play a role in asthma (no idea why). You'd need to try over-the-counter remedies first, then talk to your GP if they don't work. If a very low fat diet works for you then you might have gallstones. If you think it might be gluten you'd need to do a GF diet for a few weeks, then have a sandwich to see if things change. The possibilites are endless!! Best of luck - I do hope you find an answer soon.
