so i am still coughing up green mucus and got nasal congestion, possibly from post nasal drip. I have got nasal spray on some new drops to try but womdered what natural ways people use?
i am going to start getting back to the gym next week after 2 weeks of due to tooth infection and then having it out. So i am hoping by exercising that will get stuff moving and ill start to cough it up.
Any suggestions on this will be great
Neilmed Sinus Rinse squeezy bottle with saline sachets. I was recommended it by an asthma allergy specialist and it definitely helps. Use warm water and definitely remember to add a saline sachet or the face pain is awful!
Yep clean your nose....it really works! I use Sterimar every morning followed by a nasal spray but I also take any histamines every day I will up these as my nose gets worse during a flare up. It has really helped my asthma my GP recommended it to me. If you look up nasal washing there is recipe from an Oxford hospital so you can make the solution yourself & keep costs down. Otherwise lots of choice on Amazon. Good luck xx

I have a lot of secretions . They used to make me wake up choking. When I was in hospital, the respiratory specialist nurse started me on carbocistine, which has helped me a lot. If you are coughing up anything green. It may be from your nose, but it could be from your chest. The best thing to do is to seek medical advice, just to be sure it’s not a chest infection.
