Ive had allergic rhinitis for over 20 years and recently i found out that it is dairy products cause this.

I found that the supplement brand enzymedica deals with this issue.

Did anyone take this enzymedica before? Which supplements of it do you recommend? Will it be a life long use? Thank you very much.

Can’t answer your specific question, but, there’s a lot of misinformation around concerning Dairy as a Trigger.

If you’ve formed your view from searching online, would strongly recommend getting it confirmed by an actual Test performed via GP referral to a Specialist.

Otherwise you could end up taking an additional treatment for a cause that might be non existent.

Either your GP or Specialist you get referred to, will presumably know what treatment you need, if Dairy is the real trigger.

Of, course, you may well have been properly Tested, in which case, great, and good luck with finding a solution.
