I was diagnosed with eosiniphilc astma in 2017 - prior to this I exercised a LOT. The one thing I struggle with is running - my throat and airways seem to fill up with c€$p that I have to get rid of.
Does anybody have any tips as to how to reduce this?

I too was diagnosed with eosinophilic asthma in 2017. Like you i enjoyed exercise and sport and was quite fit I suppose. Then I started with a cough that would not go away and got worse then blah blah blah and eventually after a couple of lengthy spells in hospital for pneumonia, was diagnosed with this...!!
I am quite impressed that you have managed to keep the exercise going.. The phlegm that you produce is your tubes natural reaction to this as this kind of asthma produces a lot of phlegm anyway.. Do you exercise in a gym or outside as deep breaths in the cold would definitely bring on heavy bours of phlegm and maybe wheezing.. Anyways..
Me I get tired very quickly now even after 5 minutes or so of exercise like I enjoyed before so exercise will have to be put on the back burner for a while I think..
If you have some tips for getting me up and going again please tell me because I do miss it..!!
