Suggestions on phelm stuck

Got a cough and I'm struggling with it as its getting stuck and then making me breathless can any one suggest what I can do.

I use Carbocisteine Capsules to thin out the mucus. Also I have a flutter device , I was lucky enough to get mine on

prescription.

Lidl has lemon and ginger tea which helps me. I also dose myself with Vicki.

I have found that my steroid inhaler is the best help. This really does the trick but you do need to keep using it

Talk to your pharmacist in Boots or whatever your nearest one is as they'll have lots of ideas. Drinking more water is supposed to help.

Yes, Carbocystine does make a big difference with breaking up the mucous & helping you cough it up. Prescription only. Don’t be without it!

Warm orange, or your doctor can proscribed you these tablets I was or the same in medicine. I found the tablets made me sick but medicine I'm ok with all the best
