How is your asthma?

Up and down!! I had to try a lot of different medications before I got settled on seretide, but have now been moved to the cheaper alternative. Fortunately the switch went well. At the moment I'm having a little blip after exercising heavily at the weekend. Exercise remains a problem for me despite being reasonably well controlled otherwise.

I had no issues till I was 52 and caught a really nasty cold with no end of mucus. I must have gone through boxes of tissues. Soon after I tried to run up many flights of steps and completely ran out of puff. It went on quite quickly from there. Persistent issues with keeping my airways open. Although I also have some small amount of copd too. You may need an add on for your asthma. Good luck.
