Answer for my cramp, and asthma

Don’t know if you’ll find this information helpful but my Respiratory Consultant once told me that eating one or two bananas a day helps to stop cramps he went onto explain that some asthma medications can remove potassium from the body and bananas can help replenish it.

That is interesting as not heard of that before but I will certainly give it a go. I have been on D3 calcium 10.000 as blood test came back really low, and my hair was falling out. Now it's been 3 months since stopping them and it's all happening again but I received a letter from consultant and he won'ts to see me Friday so for once in my life I am going to write all my questions down and also mention stuff I have learnt while being on this site. So thank you everyone as I am very down and its nice to know that someone is always on this site and can understand. I used to love sitting in the sun and now I can't as asthma is controlling that as there is no air. Sorry for rambling everyone
