Yes, have had many injections now and no problems(search my previous posts) A couple of chest infections and have needed 3 short doses of pred in the year with abx, as opposed to every month, but as a whole an incredible improvement. Go for it!

YES!! I’ve had 12 monthly injections of MEPOLIZUMAB now & the first 5-6months it would literally wipe me out for a good week after the injection, & for the first week I’d sleep 20hrs out of 24 EASY & I have insomnia due to steroid dose!

As time has gone on, I have found that this has eased, I don’t sleep like that any longer but I am most certainly plagued with utter exhaustion Altho doing next to nothing as breathlessness so severe. Blood results have been excellent but severe breathlessness has not changed one iota. Very disappointing.

The Prof @ Southampton hospital said the exhaustion IS a side effect of MEPOLIZUMAB, but few people report it.. Headache is the most common side effect. Thank goodness I don’t have that! Good luck with it!

Thank you for replying , if I suffer the exhaustion constantly I can’t see the point in staying on it
