Hi I had a really bad asthma attack after I went really dizzy so I went to sleep I wake up a day later really confused I never had it before it is normal

Sorry to hear you had an asthma attack, it can be a frightening experience and it does take time for your body to recover.

Even if your symptoms improved and you didn't need to call 999, you still need to make an appointment with your GP or asthma nurse to have a full assessment. There's information here bit.ly/2xvsLej on steps to take to prevent one in the future and the steps to take in an attack.
