Sorry you are having such a rough time. Hope you pull through it soon. The jitters are probably from the albuterol, I'm sure they're giving you nebulizer. It amps you up.

I know it's hard to hear "don't feel anxious" when you are anxious but I'm sure most of us on this forum have been there at some point or another. Practice your breathing exercise and think through it realizing it's a wave and after the peak it gradually subsides.

Yes I'm still in icu but later today maybe to medical ward
